IjonaSkills - Human Capital Management Training
Overview
The more impactful and effective our strategic interventions the more cataclysmic they are. As HR professionals it is time for us to lead the discussions about the workforce of the future, the needs of that workforce and the support that workforce will require to be successful. We do not have the luxury of relying on the way we have always conducted our HR business. We will need to lead our teams and conduct our business exemplifying the way we expect our internal partners to operate. We must be able to be assertive and present the facts that compel innovative and strategic problem solving and solutions. This session will identify the competencies that support crafting forward thinking excellence in the workplace. It will focus on those issues and trends that must be a part of all considerations and business decisions if an organization is to build a sustainable future based on its ability to attract, retain and motivate those people engaged in the business of their business.
